Reference: Electromechanical engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in drafting patents.
- Degree or Master in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- European Patent Agent (EQE) or preparing the same.
- High level of English (knowledge of German being an asset).
- High computer skills (CAD being an asset).
Functions:
- Drafting of patents and technical reports.
- Technical advice to the client.
- Analysis of patentability and risk of infringement
- Prior searches of patents in databases
- Response to office actions issued by different Patent Offices
